The FIT Elite™ Personal Trainer Course (SIS30321 Certificate III in Fitness and SIS40221 Certificate IV in Fitness), offered by FIT College, is designed for people looking to start or grow a career in the fitness industry. Combining foundation fitness training with advanced personal training skills, the course prepares students to design, deliver, and evaluate fitness programs for a wide range of clients.
As part of the FIT Elite™ package, students complete both nationally recognised fitness qualifications and choose an additional specialisation stream in either ASCA Level 1 Accredited Strength and Conditioning Coaching or the CHCSS00130 Individual Support – Disability Skill Set. The course also includes professional development training in areas such as kettlebell, boxing, and suspension training.
Students can choose to study online through FIT College’s Virtual Campus or attend selected face-to-face locations across Australia. Upon successful completion of this course, you will receive the SIS30321 Certificate III in Fitness and SIS40221 Certificate IV in Fitness from FIT College.
These nationally recognised qualifications provide the skills and knowledge required to pursue a range of opportunities within the fitness industry. Graduates may seek employment as Personal Trainers, Fitness Coaches, Group Fitness Instructors, or Gym Instructors in commercial fitness centres, community organisations, and health and fitness facilities.
As part of the FIT Elite™ package, students also complete a specialisation stream in either Strength and Conditioning (ASCA Level 1 Accredited S&C Coaching Stream) or the CHCSS00130 Individual Support – Disability Skill Set. These additional credentials allow graduates to further develop their expertise in areas such as athletic performance or supporting clients with disability.
The course combines practical training with industry-relevant knowledge, helping students build the confidence and capability to work with a diverse range of clients and fitness goals. Graduates may also be eligible to apply for registration with relevant industry bodies, supporting ongoing professional development and career progression within the fitness sector.
