The BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management, offered by Hader Institute of Education (RTO 45162), is a nationally recognised qualification designed for existing and aspiring leaders, including team leaders, supervisors, and middle managers. Delivered entirely online through a blended learning model, the course combines weekly live trainer-led Zoom sessions with flexible self-paced study via the aXcelerate learning management system. The program runs for 12 months, with a total volume of learning of 1,260 hours, and requires no workplace placement, as practical skills are developed through realistic simulated workplace scenarios and role plays.

The BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management covers a broad range of leadership and management competencies across 12 units of study. Key learning areas include developing and applying emotional intelligence, communicating with influence, leading effective workplace relationships, managing people performance, building diverse and inclusive workforces, and developing and monitoring business operational plans.
