In a Nutshell
The TLI31222 Certificate III in Driving Operations is a practical, industry-focused qualification delivered by Five Bridges in partnership with Look Now Training. Running over seven to eight weeks, the program is available in Caboolture, and is designed to equip participants with the entry-level skills and confidence needed to pursue meaningful work in the transport and logistics sector.
Throughout the program, participants develop hands-on competencies across a range of key areas, including the safe operation of commercial vehicles, vehicle inspection procedures, load handling, fatigue management, and workplace documentation. Instruction is led by experienced industry professionals, ensuring the training reflects real-world expectations. In addition to the Certificate III, participants complete eight employability units drawn from the Certificate II in Skills for Work and Vocational Pathways framework, though the program does not award the full Certificate II qualification. Participants also work towards obtaining a Heavy Rigid (HR) driving licence, providing a well-rounded foundation for entering the workforce.
This program suits those who are new to the transport industry, as well as those looking to formalise their skills or transition into a driving or logistics role. It is particularly suited to Queensland residents who meet the eligibility criteria, including citizenship or residency requirements and a valid open driving licence held for at least 12 months.
