Built around the principles of fairness, inclusion, and confident leadership, the BSB50320 Diploma of Human Resource Management equips learners with the practical, work-ready skills needed to guide managers and employees through complex workforce and relations processes.

Across 12 units of competency, the course covers a broad range of human resources functions, including performance development, employee and industrial relations, workforce planning, recruitment and onboarding, remuneration and employee benefits, learning and development, work health and safety, business risk management, and diversity and inclusion. Learning is delivered through a blended online model that combines weekly live trainer-led Zoom sessions with flexible self-paced study through an online learning management system. The course runs for 12 months, with learners expected to commit around 26 hours per week across classes, self-paced learning, and assessment work. No workplace placement is required, as practical skills are assessed through realistic simulated workplace scenarios and role plays conducted via Zoom.
