To apply for this program, you will need a completed four-year bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or relevant discipline from a recognised higher education institution or equivalent.

Upon successful completion of this course you will receive a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of the Sunshine Coast.

FEE-HELP

This course can be paid for through the FEE-HELP government loan scheme. If you are an Australian citizen or hold a permanent humanitarian visa, you may not need to pay upfront.

Instead, the Australian government will pay your course fees directly to the provider on your behalf. You’ll begin repaying your loan through the tax system once you start earning more than the minimum threshold of $54,435 (2024-25 financial year).

Commonwealth Supported Places (CSP)

There are a limited number of Commonwealth Supported Places (CSP) for UniSC’s Master of Mechanical Engineering available for Trimester 1 2026.  The cost of the Masters program with a CSP is $11,640 (normally $40,260).*
