This Bachelor of Architectural Technology qualification, delivered by Billy Blue College of Design at Torrens University Australia, prepares you to design and document innovative buildings using new and emerging digital technologies. The course will teach you the architectural fundamentals required to design high-performing buildings, including concept development, digital modelling, and construction documentation. You will gain expertise in computer-aided design (CAD) and building information modelling (BIM), and get hands on practice with the professional software that architectural firms use today. Mentored by industry experts, you will undertake live client briefs during your studies which will develop your practice in a professional design environment. In your final year, you will complete an Architectural Capstone project for which you will research and develop a building proposal across public, commercial and residential interactive experiences.

Students may be eligible for scholarships covering up to 30% of the fee, making the discounted fee $59,388.
Billy Blue College of Design offers a number of easy payment plans or the ability to pay per subject or per semester as you go.
Eligible Australian students may choose to defer some, or all, of their tuition fees through FEE-HELP, a loan scheme repaid through the tax system based on income.

This course can be paid for through the FEE-HELP government loan scheme. If you are an Australian citizen or hold a permanent humanitarian visa, you may not need to pay upfront.
Instead, the Australian government will pay your course fees directly to the provider on your behalf. You'll begin repaying your loan through the tax system once you start earning more than the minimum threshold of $48,361 (2022-23 income year).
