Upon successful completion of this course, you will receive a Diploma of Human Resource Management (BSB50320) from the College for Adult Learning.
By completing this course, you’ll be prepared to confidently take your next steps into an HR management role, with vital communication skills to support you. These will help you navigate the demands of HR leadership, including the coordination of recruitment and onboarding through to separation and termination processes, increasing staff retention and ensuring compliance with legislation.
You’ll also be prepared to manage the strategic, tactical and operational aspects of the human resources function to meet business objectives.
