    This is a dual skill set and contains: 

    • Food Handling Certificate – Level 1 (SITXFSA005 Use hygienic practices for food safety)
    • Infection Control certificate (BSBSS00095 – Cross-Sector Infection Control Skill Set)

    These industry-recognised courses equip you with the practical skills and theoretical knowledge required to excel in Melbourne's vibrant hospitality scene, enhancing your potential for securing positions in premier cafes, restaurants, and bars.

    This course is government funded through Victoria's Skills First Funding and eligible students can have their fees partially covered by the program. Please enquire to see if you qualify. Enrolling in this program will count towards 1 funded skill set entitlement for the year.

  • What You'll Need to Get In

    You will need access to a computer and meet the entry level AQF 2 Language literacy and numeracy requirements.

    You must be 18 years and over.
