The Demi International SHB50121 Diploma of Beauty Therapy qualification is an excellent opportunity for students who are passionate about pursuing a career in the beauty industry. This course is highly regarded both nationally and internationally and provides students with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the field.
You will master the essential beauty therapy skills such as specialised facial treatments and advanced skincare, foundation waxing, nail, lash and brow treatments, makeup design and application as well as all about salon services including safety, hygiene and marketing.
The course also includes practical experience in student clinics located at each campus, providing hands-on experience in a real-world salon setting. With the Demi International Diploma of Beauty Therapy, students can be confident in their ability to thrive in the beauty industry.
The course involves 52 weeks of full time study (4 x 10 week terms), with campus attendance required two days per week.
The student must be 15 years and over and display the required level of competence Demi International reasonably believes is required for the level of study.
VSL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Year 12 Senior Secondary Certificate of Education or provide successful completion of an AQF Certificate IV or higher qualification (where the language of instruction is English) or both: The student is to be assessed as competent at or above Exit Level 3 in an Australian Core Skills Framework (ACSF) Literacy and Numeracy Exam.
