Applicants with work experience or skills in service design and delivery may also be considered for this graduate certificate.
Experience includes any public-facing interfaces such as but not limited to retail, corporate, government, welfare, not-for-profit or cultural organisations. This experience may include creative practice, community engagement, consultancy, transport, customer experience, process analysis, innovation and start-ups, human resources, organisational strategy and design or similar roles.

This qualification will equip you with the knowledge and skills required to take the first step towards a career in human-centred design. You'll build a strong foundation in identifying contemporary service problems, and the skills to successfully design and implement solutions. With a focus on project-based learning, this qualification will help you build a portfolio showcasing your skills in service design strategy.
After completing this qualification, you may choose to take on additional responsibilities relating to user experience and customer success in your current role. You may also choose to seek employment or consulting roles as a service designer, change project leader, or user experience advisor.
Analysts fulfill many different roles within various businesses, depending on their specialisation and the needs of their organisation. The fee for each course is $3,480 per course.
The total cost for this program is $13,920 (all four courses), plus a capped Student Services and Amenities Fee based on your credit point enrolment load.

This course can be paid for through the FEE-HELP government loan scheme. If you are an Australian citizen or hold a permanent humanitarian visa, you may not need to pay upfront.
Instead, the Australian government will pay your course fees directly to the provider on your behalf. You'll begin repaying your loan through the tax system once you start earning more than the minimum threshold of $48,361 (2022-23 income year).
