    The course fully enables you to immediately start working, and gives you the essentials certificates you need, such as Food Handler's Level 1 certificate, and the RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate. Course takes four days of face to face instruction to complete and is delivered at Serve It Up's centre in West Melbourne.

  • What You'll Need to Get In

    Following requirements apply to this course:

    • You need to be referred by employment service provider 
    • You need to be over 18
    • Bring ID to enrol in nationally recognised units (proof of age card, driver's license, or passport)
    • You need to be able to speak and understand English (we can provide support)
    • You need the basic ability to use a computer and the internet to undertake online assessment
