This course is possibly the best barista course available in Melbourne, and it will teach you essential skills that make a great barista such as how to make and serve espresso coffee, how to use and get the best out of a coffee machine, coffee art/latte art, customer service and POS training, and you will also receive your Food Handlers Level 1 Certificate. By the end of the course you'll be an expert coffee maker, ready to take on the barista role in any café, bar or restaurant.
This course has government funding through Victoria's Skills First Funding initiative and eligible students can have a portion of their fees covered by the program. You will need access to a computer and meet the entry level AQF 2 Language literacy and numeracy requirements.
