    If you are interested in a hospitality career, or are already working in hospitality and wish to progress into more senior positions, then this SIT30622 Certificate III in Hospitality from Serve It Up is a perfect way to study while you're working and getting paid.

    Serve It Up's Certificate III in Hospitality is offered as a traineeship, where Serve It Up will work directly with your employer to design a study and work program that suits the needs of your workplace, or it can be done at Serve It Up's campus in West Melbourne.

    The course offers two different streams: the licensed stream (includes RSA for people working in licensed venues) and non-alcoholic stream (for people working in no-alcohol venues). Both streams will teach you all the ins-and-outs of hospitality such as how to work effectively in hospitality service, how to provide great  service to customers, how to show social and cultural sensitivity, how to advise on products and services and how to operate a bar and make and serve cocktails (licensed stream).

    Serve It Up can also give you access to job opportunities as they work closely with a large number of hospitality organisations that recruit directly from their current classes and from their graduate's list.

    This course is government funded through Victoria's Skills First Funding initiative and eligible students can have a portion of their fees covered by the program. Please enquire to see if you qualify.
