    Upon successful completion of this course you will receive a BSB30120 Certificate III in Business (Customer Engagement) qualification from Foundation Education. 

    This course provides you with the professional skills and knowledge required to take the first step in your business career. With this qualification, you may choose to seek work in a range of customer service roles, working for small, medium or large organisations. You may choose to seek work as a Customer Service Assistant, a Receptionist, a Telemarketer, or an Information Services Officer.
