Whether negotiating simple work-based situations or multi-disciplinary negotiations with external stakeholders, this Leading Negotiation workshop by Australian Institute of Management Education and Training will provide you with practical skills and techniques to effectively influence positive outcomes.

The workshop has been developed by CPM in response to feedback from Executive level staff within the public sector whose work increasingly involves demands in relation to negotiating agreements with internal and external stakeholders.

This program can be delivered in a standard format or tailored for in-house delivery to meet particular organizational circumstances. We recommend the program be delivered away from the workplace where possible, to ensure participants are able to focus on the program content and professional development.
