The Graduate Diploma of Property, from Deakin University, is the ideal course for those seeking careers in property development, property management and valuation.
Throughout the course, you'll develop and refine a broad set of skills related to the property industry. You'll learn about the various stakeholders in the property and real estate market, and how they collaborate to develop and manage property; you'll also study key areas such as statutory valuation, property investment, property law and practice, property development, and advanced property valuation. The course also focuses on sustainability and its economic, social and environmental relevance in a property development context.
The course is delivered entirely online and consists of eight core units of study. It is recognised and professionally accredited by the Australian Property Institute.

Graduates are prepared to pursue a wide variety of roles in the property industry, from asset and property management through to property development and consultancy. Graduates are also academically accredited for Certified Practising Valuer and Certified Property Practitioner, providing there has been prior study in the areas of finance and accounting, commercial law and/or property economics/economics.
