Upon successful completion of this course, you will receive a nationally recognised, accredited Diploma of Human Resource Management (BSB50615) from AIM.
This qualification enables you to pursue employment in a range of different environments across the public or private sectors, working closely with people and teams. Previous graduates of this program have worked in clerical, administrative and professional roles in a variety of sectors, including public administration and safety, health care and social assistance, and retail trade.
This course may also act as a pathway to further studies. After completing this course, you may consider pursing an advanced diploma qualification, or a postgraduate pathway towards a full Master of Business Administration.
