Build practical skills in team leadership and management with the dynamic Certificate IV in Human Resources at AIM.

Designed as an entry point for a fulfilling career in human resources, this course offers a solid foundational understanding of principles of human resources, including human resources planning, recruitment, learning and development, remuneration and employee benefits, and legislative compliance.

You'll learn how to effectively communicate with a variety of team members, discovering how to effectively build trust, give feedback and communicate clearly. You'll also learn the skills you'll need for every aspect of the employee experience, from induction to staff management, coaching and beyond. You'll build your skillset at the same time as helping others achieve their own goals.

Online and self-directed, this flexible course maximises your learning with 10 days of face-to-face on-campus workshops, where your study will be supported by practical, relevant discussions with experienced industry professionals.

    To be eligible for entry into this course, applicants must meet the following requirements:

    • Be 18 years or older; AND
    • Completed Australian Year 12 schooling; OR
    • Demonstrate that you have the skills and capability to succeed in the course by completing the Diploma Entry Test.
