You'll also learn the skills you'll need for every aspect of the employee experience, from induction to staff management, coaching and beyond. Online and self-directed, this flexible course maximises your learning with 10 days of face-to-face on-campus workshops, where your study will be supported by practical, relevant discussions with experienced industry professionals.

Upon successful completion of this course you will receive a nationally recognised, accredited Certificate IV in Human Resources (BSB41015) from AIM.
This qualification enables you to pursue employment in a range of different human resources environments across both the public and private sectors, working closely with people and teams. Previous graduates of this program have gone on to hold positions ranging from clerical and administrative to professional across a wide variety of sectors, including administrative and support services, health care and social assistance and public safety.
This course may also act as a pathway to further studies. You may choose to pursue the Diploma of Human Resources Management or the Diploma of Leadership and Management with AIM.
