Upon successful completion of this course, you will receive a Bachelor of Health Science from Western Sydney University. 

This degree will equip you with the skills, knowledge and experience required to seek work across a range of roles in the health sector. You may choose to work as a health promoter, in health services management, as a case worker or therapist, or as a public policy researcher. This broad-based qualification ensures you're ready to seek employment in the field most related to your interests and expertise.

Depending on the major you choose, this course may offer eligibility for membership to relevant industry bodies. Health services management graduates are eligible for membership of the Australasian College of Health Service Management. Therapeutic recreation graduates are eligible for membership of Diversional and Recreation Therapy Australia.

If you are an Australian citizen, you may be eligible to receive a government HECS-HELP loan, meaning you can defer payment of your fees. Alternatively, you can pay your degree fees upfront.

HECS-HELP

You may be eligible to receive HECS-HELP for this course!

This course can be paid for through the HECS-HELP government loan scheme. If you are an Australian citizen or hold a permanent humanitarian visa, you may not need to pay upfront.

Instead, the Australian government will pay your course fees directly to the provider on your behalf. You'll begin repaying your loan through the tax system once you start earning more than the minimum threshold of $45,881 (2019-20 income year).
