  • What You'll Need to Get In

    To be eligible to study this course, applicants must meet the following entry requirements:

    • Completed a recognised bachelor's degree, or an equivalent qualification; OR
    • Completed a UTS Graduate Certificate/Diploma in Property Development; AND must have obtained a credit average or above; OR
    • Completed a recognised Graduate Certificate/Diploma in a related field, with a credit average or above; AND have at least 3 years full-time, or equivalent part-time, work experience in related fields; AND must articulate their work experience and the reasons to study Graduate Certificate in Urban Planning and Design; OR
    • A minimum of 3 years for senior positions or 5 years for mid-career positions full-time, or equivalent part-time, work experience in a profession closely related to urban planning or urban design; and must articulate their work experience and the reasons to study the Graduate Certificate in Urban Planning and Design.

    Eligible students can apply for the Australian government's FEE-HELP loan scheme to cover the costs of all or part of your fees.

    You may be eligible to receive FEE-HELP for this course!

    This course can be paid for through the FEE-HELP government loan scheme. If you are an Australian citizen or hold a permanent humanitarian visa, you may not need to pay upfront.

    Instead, the Australian government will pay your course fees directly to the provider on your behalf. You'll begin repaying your loan through the tax system once you start earning more than the minimum threshold of $48,361 (2022-23 income year).
