Become part of a sector that is growing in scope and importance by completing a Bachelor of Health and Movement (Health Promotion) course led by the Australian College of Physical Education (ACPE). As community health improvement becomes an increasingly prominent and urgent part of community sector operations, there will be a growing demand for qualified professionals with expertise in this area. The course combines training in health and fitness and covers key topics such as nutrition, movement, physical activity and sport. Throughout the duration of your studies you will also develop an understanding of community health risks and their remedies. ACPE has a Student Learning Services (SLS) resource centre which is a student’s hub for all things relating to academic skills and success throughout their studies. Students also have access to SMARTTHINKING - an online service that gives students 24-hour access to academic tutors and resources.

Upon successful completion of this course you will receive a nationally recognised, accredited Bachelor of Health and Movement (Health Promotion) from the Australian College of Physical Education. This degree will prepare you for entry into the community sector as a health worker.

If you are an Australian citizen you may be eligible to receive FEE-HELP for this program, meaning you can defer payment of your course fees.
Alternatively, payment plans are available.
This course can be paid for through the FEE-HELP government loan scheme. If you are an Australian citizen or hold a permanent humanitarian visa, you may not need to pay upfront.
Instead, the Australian government will pay your course fees directly to the provider on your behalf. You'll begin repaying your loan through the tax system once you start earning more than the minimum threshold of $55,874 (2017-18 income year).
