The Master of Educational Leadership program at the Australian Catholic University encourages aspiring leaders to explore educational leadership, management and administration (ELMA) within the context of Australian national standards and faith-based organisations.
It provides participants with the opportunity to enhance their leadership capacity and improve capabilities by applying the latest research, knowledge and skills from an informed and empowered position underpinned by ethical and moral principles.
The program is designed for effective leaders who can practically adapt their research to the circumstances of their career and its professional setting. Students can choose to specialise in Catholic education leadership, leading learning, Indigenous leadership or executive leadership.

Upon successful completion of this course you will receive a Master of Educational Leadership from the Australian Catholic University.
The qualification will provide you with the skills, knowledge and experience needed to take the next leadership step, whether your path is teaching or administration-based.
