Upon successful completion of this course, you will receive a Bachelor of Design (Visual Communication) from Western Sydney University.

This practical qualification will equip you with the skills, experience, connections and samples required to seek rewarding work in a range of creative roles. After course completion, you may choose to seek work as a graphic designer, illustrator, art director or web designer. You may choose to work for a studio, work freelance, or perform creative or communication roles in-house.

Graduates of this course are eligible for membership of the Design Institute of Australia (DIA) and the Australian Graphic Design Association (AGDA).

If you are an Australian citizen, you may be eligible to receive a government HECS-HELP loan, meaning you can defer payment of your fees. Alternatively, you can pay your degree fees upfront.

HECS-HELP

You may be eligible to receive HECS-HELP for this course!

This course can be paid for through the HECS-HELP government loan scheme. If you are an Australian citizen or hold a permanent humanitarian visa, you may not need to pay upfront.

Instead, the Australian government will pay your course fees directly to the provider on your behalf. You'll begin repaying your loan through the tax system once you start earning more than the minimum threshold of $45,881 (2019-20 income year).
