    • Have completed previous studies such as the Higher School Certificate or equivalent with ATAR of 70, OR
    • Have completed or part-completed a course from a university, college of advanced education, TAFE college or other accredited tertiary or post-secondary institution, OR
    • Have sufficient and relevant work experience

    Students will undertake an intensive workplace learning experience in the final year of study, and will require a criminal record clearance, a senior first aid certificate and appropriate immunisations to enrol in this course.

This course can be paid for through the HECS-HELP government loan scheme. If you are an Australian citizen or hold a permanent humanitarian visa, you may not need to pay upfront.

Instead, the Australian government will pay your course fees directly to the provider on your behalf. You'll begin repaying your loan through the tax system once you start earning more than the minimum threshold of $55,874 (2017-18 income year).
