Delivered online by The Gordon TAFE, this accredited qualification will help you demonstrate your leadership skill set and can be used as a stepping stone to running your own cleaning services business. The course can also be undertaken as a traineeship when employed in the industry, or delivered to groups on-site.

Upon successful completion of this course you will receive a nationally recognised, accredited Certificate IV in Cleaning Management (CPP41011) from Gordon Institute of TAFE.
This course will give you the organisation and management skills necessary to run or manage a cleaning services provider, with the potential to own your own business. You will gain an understanding of current industry practices, standards and regulations and be able to ensure that you and your staff are compliant.
