Upon successful completion of this course, you will receive a nationally recognised, accredited Diploma of Training Design and Development (TAE50216) from AIM.
This qualification enables you to pursue employment in a range of different environments across the public and private sectors, working closely with a variety of teams. Previous graduates of this program have gone on to hold positions in clerical, administrative and professional capacities across a variety of sectors, including education and training, public administration and safety, and professional, scientific and technical services.
This course may also act as a pathway to further studies. After completing this qualification, you may choose to pursue the Graduate Certificate in Management, Graduate Diploma in Management or Master of Business Administration.
