The Diploma of Remedial Massage (HLT52015) course is designed to give you the foundational knowledge and practical skills to launch your career as a remedial massage therapist.

Offered by the Australasian College of Natural Therapies at Torrens University Australia, the course is delivered through a blend of online study and on-campus classes. Over the course of the year you'll learn how to treat and manage the underlying causes of musculoskeletal problems, a variety of soft-tissue injuries, and chronic diseases.

Once you've completed this nationally recognised course, you'll have the skills and knowledge to work with a range of clients, in either a private practice or as part of a multidisciplinary team of allied health practitioners.

Workload and assessment

    • Have completed an Australian secondary education qualification or equivalent; OR
    • Complete the Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) test and demonstrate competency at exit level 3 for both reading and numeracy
