Upon successful completion of this course, you will receive a nationally recognised, accredited Diploma of Leadership and Management (BSB51915) + Diploma of Business (BSB50215) from AIM.
After course completion, you may choose to seek employment in a variety of areas across the public or private sectors, in roles relating to leadership, management, consulting, planning and strategic advising. Previous graduates of this program have gone on to undertake professional and management roles in a variety of industries, including public administration and safety, health care and social assistance, and education and training.
This course may also act as a pathway to further studies. You may choose to undertake the Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management with AIM, or to pursue a higher-level qualification with the Master of Business Administration.
