Beverley Chamberlain , Certificate IV in Business Administration

"My initial reason for attending was to have my experience recognised with a certificate. However, as I settled into the course, I found that I embraced new ideas and concepts, and with each unit found a renewed enthusiasm and confidence to make changes to processes I currently use in my work. I thank Upskilled for being so informative and helpful throughout this course. I have found the Upskilled trainers to be down to earth and professional. I know I have grown and contributed to the running of the course, which I recommend to anyone currently working in the field."

Lorraine Timpano , Certificate IV in Business Administration

"I recently completed a Certificate IV course in Frontline Management at the Crowne Plaza, Terrigal. Our trainer was Don who, from the outset, made all participants feel very relaxed and comfortable, setting the tone for the days that followed. This was quite an achievement given the diversity of backgrounds and occupations in attendance. Don obviously has a lot of relevant life experience, making him the perfect person to deliver this kind of training. His real world examples were delivered with confidence and humour and were always in sync with unit material, which ensured we remained on track."

"Upskilled offered a prompt, friendly and efficient service. My increased knowledge of human resources has provided me with a greater understanding and awareness of the many functions within HR and an increased confidence in my current role. The facilitator was fantastic, very motivating and encouraging. The course attendees came from a diverse range of companies and disciplines including legal, IT, recruitment, and retail. It was interesting to share our experiences of how HR functions are carried out by different industries."
