Upon successful completion of this course you will receive a nationally recognised, accredited Diploma of Leadership and Management (BSB51915) + Diploma of Project Management (BSB51415) from AIM.
After course completion, you may choose to seek employment in a variety of areas across the public or private sectors, in roles relating to leadership, team management, project management and coaching. Previous graduates of this program have gone on to hold professional and management roles across a variety of industries, including public administration and safety, construction and professional, scientific and technical services.
This course may also act as a pathway to further studies. You may choose to undertake the Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management with AIM, or pursue a higher-level qualification with the Master of Business Administration.
Other relevant, nationally recognised qualifications AIM offers include the Graduate Certificate in Management, Graduate Diploma in Management and Master of Business Administration. Study is available in both online and face-to-face delivery modes.
